Important dates
Accepted extended abstract have been classified into oral presentations and posters.
Oral Presentation
FIFTEEN minutes are allocated for an oral presentation, including the presentation and Q&A. We suggest that the presentation takes about 10 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for the introduction by the session chair and questions from the audience. For presentation preparation, you may use the official PowerPoint slides of SEED, available here.
Please upload your presentation file to the computer in the session room before the session starts. Note that the presentation computer has only USB ports and no CD-ROM or other disc drive. While PowerPoint will also be provided, presenters are suggested to use PDF to avoid fonts and other problems.
Posters
Plenty of posters will be presented during the conference and exhibited at the poster sessions. To make these sessions run smoothly, please ensure your poster is put up before the start of the session and removed after it has ended. The recommended and maximum size of format is A0.
Your poster will be attached to the panel with push pins, which are already available on the panel. After you have removed your poster, please leave pins on the board.
During the poster session, authors need to be next to the poster to explain and resolve possible doubts from the audience.
For poster preparation, you may use the official template of SEED, available here: horizontal template and vertical template.
