Important dates
Step 1. Registration
For each accepted paper, at least one author must register and complete the payment for the conference by April 26, 2024. One registration fee includes the publication of one paper. Additional papers from the same author are subject to an extra fee, including full papers and posters.

Step 2. Documents preparation
Before logging into the Easy Chair platform, please prepare the following three documents:
- The paper in .doc or .docx format, including the changes suggested by the reviewers and following strictly the page limits and the format instructions in the template.
- The paper in PDF format.
- A PDF signed and scanned copy of the Statement of work ownership and assignment of rights for the publication of conference proceedings (Copyright), available here.
All co-authors must complete the copyright with their personal information and sign it. The digital signature is also valid.
Step 3. Paper submission in Easy Chair
- Once your documents are prepared, log in with your username and password in EasyChair . Click on the role “author”.
- Click on the upper menu “My submissions”-> Submission XXXX
- Click on the right menu “Add or update files.”
- Click on the button “Select File” to upload the documents, then click the red button “Submit.”
Regarding the document “work-ownership-Author” (copyright), you can upload the signed and scanned copy of the “Statement of work ownership” by each author of up to 12 authors. Another alternative consists of merging all the signed and scanned copies of the “Statement of Work ownership” of all co-authors in one PDF file of several pages and uploading it in ” Work-ownership-AUTHOR1.” (This is compulsory for those papers with more than 12 authors). - You should receive an email notification from “Easy Chair” with the subject: SEED 2024 submission XXXX update.
